In a nutshell: The Business audit generates an AI report that scores your club’s online business profile, review sentiment, website performance, and AI discoverability — with actionable recommendations to improve.

Overview

Open Marketing → Business audit to generate or review reports for your club. The report combines public information about your business with website and PageSpeed checks into a single scored summary, so you can see at a glance where to focus your marketing efforts.

Generating a report

  1. Navigate to Marketing → Business audit
  2. The business name is pre-filled from your organization (and city, if set)
  3. Adjust the business name if needed so it matches your public listing
  4. Click Generate — you’ll be taken to the public audit page where the report is built
  5. Once generated, the report is listed back in the admin under the business audit page

What the report scores

Each report produces an overall score plus several sub-scores:
  • Reviews — Sentiment and volume of public reviews
  • Business info — Whether your public listing has all expected fields
  • Completeness — Coverage of business profile fields
  • Accuracy — Consistency of business data across sources
  • Profile content — Quality of photos, descriptions, and other profile assets
  • AI discoverability — How well your business surfaces to AI assistants and search
  • PageSpeed: Performance / Accessibility / Best Practices / SEO — Website performance against Google PageSpeed metrics
Scores are color-coded: green for ≥ 80, amber for ≥ 60, red below 60.

Reviewing past reports

The page lists every report generated for your organization, with the business name, date created, and overall score. Click View Report to open the full report in a new tab.

Tips & best practices

  • Run periodically — Re-run the audit each quarter (or after a website change) to track progress
  • Match your public name — Use the same business name your members see on Google so the audit pulls the right profile
  • Action the recommendations — Each report ends with concrete actions; share them with whoever owns marketing or your website
  • Reviews — Manage and respond to member reviews collected in 1Club
  • Integrations — Connect Google Business Profile and other marketing services
