How to access analytics

Open Analytics from the main admin menu. The hub lists all report categories; open a category to see today, historical, or detailed reports. Use filters (club, date range, etc.) to focus on the data you need.

Report categories

  • Clubs — Today and historical dashboards for club-level metrics and utilization.
  • Members — Members dashboard, attendance, progression report, engagement, and balance report.
  • Operations — Bookings dashboard, bookings monthly report, and classes dashboard.
  • Billing — Billing dashboard, revenue report, transactions report, and invoices dashboard.
  • Marketing — Marketing dashboard for pipeline, deals, and campaign performance.

Within each category you can open specific reports:
