Supported sign-in methods
- Google - one-tap or “Continue with Google”. Uses your existing Google account, so there is no separate password to remember. Google One Tap can sign returning members in automatically.
- Apple - “Sign in with Apple”. Uses your Apple ID and supports Apple’s Hide My Email (private email relay).
- Facebook - “Continue with Facebook”.
- Email and password - a traditional email and password login, with self-service password reset.
Where each method works
| App | Apple | Email & password | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
Admin dashboard (admin.1club.ai) | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Member portal | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
Marketplace (1club.me) | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |

Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple, and Facebook login are available to
both staff signing into the admin dashboard and members signing into any
member-facing app.
How sign-in works
All member-facing apps (portal, marketplace, club website, and mobile) sign you in through a single secure sign-in page. Choose a provider or enter your email, authenticate once, and you are returned to the app you started from, already signed in. The mobile app uses the same page in a secure in-app browser, so a member’s account and history are identical on web and mobile. The admin dashboard has its own sign-in page with the same Google, Apple, and Facebook options plus email and password.Hide My Email with Apple
When you sign in with Apple, you can choose to hide your email. Apple then gives 1club a private relay address (ending in@privaterelay.appleid.com) instead of your real one.
You still receive everything as normal. 1club sends your account and notification emails - booking confirmations, receipts, reminders, and verification emails - to that relay address, and Apple forwards them to your real inbox. There’s nothing to set up, and you can change the choice anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Emails to members who hid their Apple email are sent from a 1club address so
Apple’s relay accepts and forwards them, rather than from your club’s own
sending domain. Replies still reach your club.
Linking and switching methods
One email address is one 1club account, regardless of how you sign in. This means:- If you first signed up with email and password, you can still choose “Continue with Google” or “Sign in with Apple” later, as long as the provider account uses the same email.
- If you signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook and now want a password (for example, to sign in on a device without that provider), an org admin can set one for you from Settings > Users using the Set password action. See Users.
- Members can review their sign-in email on their profile. Staff can review and update theirs under Profile.
