Overview

Use the Analytics hub and open the Members category to access:
  • Members dashboard — Overview of member counts and key member metrics.
  • Attendance — Check-ins and attendance over time.
  • Progression report — Progress along progression tracks (e.g. levels or programs).
  • Engagement — Engagement metrics and activity.
  • Balance report — Member balances (e.g. credit or dues).
Filter by club, date range, or segment as available. Use these reports to spot trends and support member success.
