The Reviews tab under Content (at /content/reviews) lists every review attached to your organization: those submitted by members through 1Club and any reviews synced from your Google Business Profile. You moderate them here and decide which ones appear in the website’s Reviews section.

What the page shows

The page leads with four stat cards: total reviews, average rating out of 5, recent reviews, and verified reviews. If your organization has been running external review prompts (asking happy members to post on Google), three extra cards appear: how many prompts went out, how many were clicked, and the conversion rate. A footnote next to that block reads “Tracks members who clicked through to Google. Whether they actually post depends on their Google account.” Below the stats is a data grid with one row per review. The columns are:
  • Author - the member’s name and email for 1Club reviews, or the public reviewer’s name and avatar for Google reviews.
  • Club - which gym the review is attached to. Some reviews also tag an area.
  • Instructor - if the review was about a specific instructor.
  • Content - the title and a two-line clamp of the comment body.
  • Rating - 1 to 5 stars.
  • Source - 1club or Google.
  • Verified - whether you have manually marked the review as verified.
  • Public - whether the review is visible on the public site.
  • Published at - the publish or creation date.
The filter row above the grid lets you narrow by club, instructor, rating, source, and contact. The free-text search is keyed on review content. Filters and search persist in the URL so you can share a filtered view.

Moderating a review

Each row’s action menu carries three options:
  • Make public / Make private toggles the review’s visibility on the public website. Private reviews stay in the list but are excluded from the Reviews section.
  • Verify / Unverify toggles the verified flag. Verified reviews carry a badge on the public site so visitors can tell which reviews come from confirmed members.
  • Delete removes the review permanently after a confirmation dialog.
Public, private, and verified states each show as a chip in the grid so you can scan the moderation status at a glance.

Where reviews come from

1club reviews are submitted by members, typically through the member portal or post-booking prompts. They are tied to a user account, so the author column shows the member’s profile. Google reviews sync in from your Google Business Profile when the Online health integration is connected. They keep their original author name, image, and rating; you cannot edit the content, but you can toggle public/verified and delete. The website builder’s Reviews section can render either source as cards or a carousel.

Permissions

Anyone with review read access can open the page. Moderating actions (toggle public, toggle verified, delete) require review manage permission.
  • Website builder - The Reviews section is what renders these on the public site.
  • Online health - Connect Google Business Profile so Google reviews sync into this list.
  • Automations - Trigger review-request prompts to members after a positive experience.
