Home is the page you land on after signing in to the admin. It shows what needs attention today, how the gym is doing at a glance, and what is still left to set up to grow it. Owners, managers, front desk staff, and instructors all use the same page, and each person sees the sections their permissions allow.

When to use it

Typical uses:
  • Run the front desk - at a CrossFit box, the front desk opens Today before the 7:00 class, opens its roster, and checks members in as they arrive, adding a walk-in without leaving the page.
  • Catch problems early - a padel gym manager sees two memberships ending next week and an overdue invoice in the same Today list, and follows up before the members lapse.
  • Read the week at a glance - a yoga studio owner checks revenue, payments, bookings, and website visitors in the overview metrics, then clicks through to the full report behind any number that looks off.
  • Finish setting up - a new jiu-jitsu gym uses the Grow checklist to publish its website, list itself on the Marketplace, and turn on review requests.

What’s on the page

Sections appear top to bottom in this order. A section you can’t see is left out entirely, so the page never shows empty placeholders. The overview metrics sit three across on a wide screen, then two, then one as the window narrows. The Grow cards sit side by side on wide screens and stack on narrow ones. For what each overview chart measures, see Home metrics.

Greeting and day summary

The line under Hello is a one-sentence AI summary of the most relevant thing about today, such as the next class, how busy the day is, or an overdue invoice worth a look. It is scoped to you, so an instructor gets a summary of their own day, and it only mentions money and membership figures you have permission to read. The line stays blank while the summary loads, and stays blank if AI isn’t available for your organization. For the other AI features in the admin, see AI assistants.

Today

Today lists what is happening at the gym today. Classes come first, then standalone bookings, then expiring memberships and overdue invoices, each group in time order. The section header shows how many of today’s standalone bookings haven’t ended yet, and the details link next to it opens the Schedule. Each row starts with an icon and a time, then a name and a short detail. Click a row to open the record behind it. Classes and bookings drop off the list once they have ended, and cancelled bookings are not listed. When nothing is left, the list reads Nothing scheduled for today. The list is built from what you are allowed to read. Front desk staff who can read classes but not invoices, for example, see the timetable and bookings without the Overdue rows.

Club and My classes

If you teach classes and also have access to the whole gym’s day, a Club / My classes switch appears in the Today header.
  • Club shows the full list described above.
  • My classes shows only the classes you teach and the bookings assigned to you, including the ones already finished. Booking rows show a status such as Starts in 1h 30m, In progress, or Completed, and class rows show View to open the roster. Each row opens your own performance page for that class or booking. This list refreshes every minute.
Your choice is remembered in this browser. Instructors who can only see their own schedule get the My classes list without a switch.

Class roster

Click View on a class row to open its roster in a side panel. The header keeps the class name and time in view and counts arrivals, for example 6 of 12 checked in. The roster lists everyone in the class: members who booked, and walk-ins who were checked in without a booking. Members move to the bottom as they check in, so the people still to arrive stay at the top. Each attendee shows their name, what covers their place (a membership or plan name, or Drop In), and an indicator when they owe money or still need to sign a required waiver. Row actions:
  • Check In - records the member’s arrival. Staff who can check members in can do it at any time from here. The one-hour-before-class window only applies when members check themselves in.
  • Cancel check-in - click the checked-in mark to take a check-in back. If you recorded it yourself, you can undo it for a short time afterwards. Staff with permission to delete check-ins can take one back at any time, but a check-in that took a payment has to be refunded by a manager first.
  • Assess - opens the member’s score card for this session. See Assessments.
  • Send Message - writes to the member.
  • Cancel - cancels the member’s booking. Cancelling a booking that is already checked in voids the visit, so it needs permission to delete check-ins. Bookings made through a partner platform can’t be cancelled here.
Use Search members… to find someone on a long roster, and Add attendee to sell a place to a walk-in. Add attendee is unavailable when the class is full. Which actions you see depends on your permissions. Instructors get the same roster for the classes they teach.

Monthly earnings

Instructors who can see their own pay get a Monthly earnings section. It shows what you earned teaching this month and never the gym’s revenue, so a manager who also teaches sees their own pay here and the gym’s numbers in the overview metrics. The card shows the month’s total and one bar per day. The solid part of each bar is paid and the pale part on top is still pending, so a bar’s height is the work you did and its color is the money collected so far. Today’s bar is drawn wider. Between the total and the chart are four figures: Classes, Standalone bookings, Days worked, and Avg / day. Use the arrows to move between months. Click a day’s bar to open Payment details, which lists the classes and bookings behind that day with each one’s amount and whether it is paid, pending, or partly paid.

Grow

The Grow section holds two checklist cards. Each row is one channel or tool, with a status chip when it is live and one next step: open it when it is live, or set it up when it is not. Rows that are not live yet look muted.

Online presence

How members find you
  • AI visibility report - the score out of 100 from your latest business audit, and when it was checked. Click View report to open it, or the re-run button to check again. If you have never run one, click Check, find your gym by name, and click Analyze.
  • Marketplace - whether your gyms are listed on the 1club Marketplace. With several gyms, the row shows how many are listed; expand it to see each gym’s status. Click Publish to list the rest.
Where they book
  • Website - your website address once it is published. This row needs access to marketing. Click Publish if you have a draft, or Set up if you have no website yet.
  • Member portal - the member portal address once it is on, or Set up to turn it on.
  • Mobile app - your members book in the 1club app. The details link opens the app’s settings.
If you can see the AI visibility report but not the other channels, the card is titled AI visibility report and shows only that row.

Marketing

Your reputation
  • Reviews - your average rating, the number of reviews, and how many are verified. The details link opens Reviews.
  • Review request - whether members are asked for a review two hours after they check in. Click Turn on to switch it on: the review request automation is created if needed, turned on, and opened so you can see its steps. If your plan doesn’t include custom automations, the button reads Go to automations instead. If no booking policy checks members in automatically, staff who can read organization settings see a note under the row reminding them to turn on auto check-in, since a request is only sent after a check-in.
Bring members back
  • Promotions - opens Promotions.
  • Automations - how many of your own automations are running. Built-in system automations are not counted.
Staff who can read marketing but not manage it only see the Review request row once requests are already on.

1club AI on Home

On a wide screen, Home opens with the 1club AI panel docked to its right, so you can ask a question or start a task next to your numbers. The panel suggests prompts that fit the page. If you close it, Home goes back to the floating AI bar for the rest of your session. On smaller screens the assistant opens as a drawer from the AI bar instead. The panel is the same assistant you can open from any page. See AI assistants for what it can do.

Troubleshooting

A section is missing. Sections follow your permissions. The overview metrics need permission to read gym analytics, and only appear once the organization has revenue or members. Monthly earnings needs your user to be linked to an instructor and allowed to see their own pay. See Roles and permissions. Today looks shorter than expected. In Club, classes and bookings that have already ended are removed from the list. Rows you aren’t allowed to read, such as overdue invoices, are left out. Today starts or ends at the wrong time. “Today” follows your organization’s time zone, not your computer’s. Numbers don’t update. Today’s performance refreshes every five minutes and My classes every minute. Today reloads each time you come back to Home, and the rest updates when you return to the tab after a while. Reload the page to force fresh data.
