The Google Business Profile integration pulls verified location data (name, address, phone, website) from your Google Business Profile into 1Club. Before you start
- A Google account that owns or manages your Google Business Profile.
- At least one verified location on your Business Profile. Unverified locations are not returned by Google’s API.
Connect Google Business Profile
- Go to Settings → Integrations and click Activate on the Google Business Profile card.
- On the integration page, click Connect Google Business Profile.
- Sign in to Google and grant 1Club access to your Business Profile.
- You are returned to 1Club with the integration marked Active.
Import locations
After connecting, 1Club fetches your business accounts and the locations on the first account.- The Import Multiple Locations card lists every verified location 1Club can see.
- Select the locations you want to import.
- Confirm - each selected location becomes a gym in 1Club with name, address, phone, and website pre-filled from Google.
What syncs
This is a one-time, one-way import. Google → 1Club, on demand. Changes you make to a gym in 1Club after import do not flow back to Google, and updates you make on Google Business Profile do not automatically update the imported gym - re-run the import only if you want to pull fresh data into 1Club.Disconnect
Click Disconnect on the integration page. This revokes 1Club’s access to your Business Profile. Gyms you already imported remain in 1Club untouched.Troubleshooting
- “No business locations found” - your Business Profile has no verified locations on the connected account. Verify locations in business.google.com and retry.
- “OAuth authentication was denied” - you declined the Google consent screen. Click Connect Google Business Profile again.
- Wrong account connected - disconnect, then reconnect with the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
