Get notification settings
For each role (admin, manager, front_desk, instructor, member), the notification categories its people get and, for each, whether it is on, on which channels (app, email, sms), and whether it is locked so people cannot change it themselves. These are defaults: they reach everyone in the role who has not chosen for themselves, and overriddenUserCount says how many have. isConfigured is false where the organization still has 1club’s default. Members’ categories begin user_ (e.g. user_booking, their booking confirmations and changes). Requires notifications:read.
