Update an external program
Edits an external program. Send only what changes; an omitted field is left alone, and an empty body is a 400. validFor and operatingHours each replace the stored value when sent, so read the program first and send the whole value you want.
A new price applies to visits recorded from then on; visits already recorded keep what they were charged. Once members hold cards on the program its knownProgram can no longer change (409 PROGRAM_HAS_CARDS). The other refusals are as on create.
