# Packages

> Bundle plans and products into a single fixed-price package you can sell on the POS and signup forms

Packages let you bundle plans and products into a single fixed-price offer. Instead of selling a membership and a starter product separately, you wrap them into one package at one price - and 1Club handles splitting the revenue back out to the underlying items.

## What is a package?

A package is a catalog item that bundles one or more plans and products and charges a single fixed price for the whole bundle. The in-app description reads: "Bundle plans and products into a single fixed-price package you can sell on the POS and signup forms."

When a package is sold, 1Club creates an order that deconstructs into the underlying memberships and product sales. The fixed package price is allocated across those items by their list price, so each membership and product is still recorded against its own revenue.

## Creating a package

1. Go to **Billing → Packages**.
2. Click to add a package and open the package dialog.
3. Add the **items in this package** - the plans and products you want to bundle.
4. Set the **single fixed price charged for the whole package**.
5. Review the **bundle saving** - the difference between the combined list price of the items and the package price.
6. Save.

## Where packages are sold

### Point of sale

Packages appear on the POS in their own **Packages** tab. Adding a package to the cart shows a cart line with a breakdown of its component plans and products.

### Signup forms

You can attach packages to a signup form to turn it into an **order form**. The in-app help reads: "Attach packages to turn this form into an order form where members can add or remove packages and products." Members can then add or remove packages and optional add-on products during signup, with a running order summary alongside the selection step.
